Belgians!!

West Paris kicked off their Old Home Days festivities last night with a spectacular fireworks display and a rockin' band. First thing this morning we enjoyed a parade down Main Street. This team is owned by friends of ours, so they are extra special to me. They pulled a big stagecoach filled with people in the parade, and also took groups on tours throughout town today. Of course, we enjoyed a ride as well!

Wow, what fun. I love Belgians--that's what they look like. Looks like a good day for a parade too. Have fun at all the festivities. MB

Beautiful! This is the variety of draft horse that they use at the CSA farm where my produce comes from. I love them.

What pride they show. Amazing animals horses are and next to the dog (which is god spelled backwards)they are my favorites. I love to see them all fitted out in a nice harness and used to like to see them wearing a fly net or harness. Have you ever seen those?
