Nature Girl

This driver could be me - I'm happiest outdoors. Anyone else read Carl Hiaasen's book by this name? He is always so entertaining!!

Horse Lover

I wish this was my license plate! I do have this bumper sticker though. Double G Ranch is my very favorite tack shop - they have everything you could ever want for your horses! I just wish that they weren't located 2 hours from here...

Rodeo Ma

My husband took this license plate for me, after hearing about my wild ride on Sunday. (He was home with the boys.) I took Kitch to our team penning club's first practice and he was sure feeling his oats! He was soooo excited to be chasing cows again, that when I asked him to back off, he took off bucking down the arena!! Now, mind you, this is Kitch and everything Kitch does, he does BIG!! I guess it was quite the show - I could hear everyone yelling at me to hang on - I finally got his head pulled into my knee, spun him around and sent him back into the herd after the next cow. He didn't fuss again after that. I was really glad that I had decided to wear my helmet and really, really glad that I didn't fall off!!!!

No offense, but I hope the blind person isn't the one driving...

A Police Car Plate

This one isn't as interesting as most of the license plates that I post here. I took the picture because '2108' used to be our phone number at our old house....

You Can Too

I may not have time now to post a photo every day, but I do still carry my camera everywhere with me. I keep seeing the greatest license plates and capturing them for you. I find this one very inspiring!

No More Van

I would have to say that this Hummer is a pretty good upgrade for a family....

Moody

As I was following this car, I wondered if the license plate indicated their last name, or their emotional state...

Dogs Rule

Hubby took this one and I guess it was a challenge. The driver of this vehicle was speeding, so it was quite a chase to get the shot! ;-) He was determined though, since we are currently arguing about me bringing home a kitten...

A Parent's Plate

We saw this license plate at the Cub Scout Box Sled race a couple of weeks ago. I wonder if all those boys are Scouts?

A Country Music Fan

I saw this license plate on my way to work the other morning. We were waiting to turn South on Route 26 in Oxford, a neighboring town.

One Hot Mama

I found another mother's license plate in my stash yesterday. And, this one thinks quite highly of herself, wouldn't you say? I really wish that we were driving South. Today we're cleaning up from yesterday's snowstorm...I'll try to get out and get you some photos of it...
I apologize for not getting around and commenting as much lately. After exactly 10 years, I'm returning to the workforce! Boy, I thought I was busy before...

TAXYMUM

It's snowing again, and I don't feel like going outside. So, I raided my stash and found another license plate for you. There have been lots of day when I felt like this woman - driving everyone to and fro and back again! And, just like me, she's got her trusty canine companion, along for the ride. This looks like such a nice spring day in the town of West Paris. A couple more months...I can't wait!!

Seen on a Harley...

I spent today talking about horses! This weekend was the Northeast Horsemen's Conference and Trade Show in Augusta. I joined a couple of other members of the team penning club there today, where we had a booth filled with information about our sport. Unfortunately, there was a major blizzard today, so there weren't too many other people there. The driving was treacherous and I guarantee that this Harley Davidson was tucked up snug in its garage. I actually snapped this license plate last summer, knowing that someday I would post it on my blog. Today seems like a good day...

Where's the Lone Ranger?

Does he ride a white motorcyle? ;-) My sister-in-law took this one to add to my collection of cool license plates...
