Lazy & Daisy


A few years ago, we had a foal during hunting season, so I purchased this foal sized blaze orange blanket. As a joke, and since it doesn't fit any of our real horses anymore, I put it on Lazy yesterday. Daisy was very curious and the boys got a big laugh out of it!

    It is a shame that animals are in need of protection during hunting season. That people who cannot tell a cow from a deer and were given hunting license has something to say about our hunting laws.

    I would love to put one on Diasy too, MB, but as fast as I put it on, she pulls it off and chews it up!! You'll notice she's not wearing a collar, either? She does the same thing with collars! And Haley hasn't worn one since we got Daisy last fall for the same reason. ;-) We call her 'Crazy Daisy'!! She's a terrible chewer...
